Welcome to Arabic Coffee Service. By booking or using our traditional Arabic coffee hospitality services in Dubai or anywhere in the UAE, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming any service.

1. About Our Services

Arabic Coffee Service provides traditional Arabic coffee (Gahwa) hospitality services for events, weddings, corporate gatherings, exhibitions, private functions, and cultural occasions across Dubai and the UAE.

Our services may include Arabic coffee serving staff, traditional attire, coffee equipment, and related hospitality arrangements based on the selected package.

2. Booking Confirmation

• To confirm your booking, a deposit of AED 500 is required.
• Your booking will only be considered confirmed once the deposit is received.

3. Cancellation Policy

• If you wish to cancel your booking, you must inform us at least 48 hours before the service date.
• Cancellations made before 48 hours are eligible for a full refund of the AED 500 deposit.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the service date are not eligible for a refund.

4. Date or Location Change

• Changes to the date, time, or location of the service must also be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
• Requests made within 48 hours cannot be guaranteed and may not be accommodated.

5. Service Policy

• All services are subject to availability.
• Any additional requirements or special requests must be communicated at the time of booking or well in advance.

6. Company Rights

• Traditional Arabic for Hospitality Services reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be handled under UAE jurisdiction.

8. Updates to Terms

Arabic Coffee Service reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be published on this page.
